Tough cup game this morning on a heavy pitch, a physical game and it was even at 2-2 early in second half but credit to the magpies who really pushed on and finished strong to close out a good cup result. Fine performances on the day from David Amafheula, Jake Mallon and Michael Mc Carthy. Well done lads, who will now face league leaders Ringmahon Rangers in the next round.
